This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for Quant HFT AI services and products.

Current position

This website does not currently sell products or take payments online.

Professional services

Professional services are provided under a written proposal or agreement, including:

• software and trading robot development;
• websites and CRM;
• automation;
• marketing;
• robotics.

That agreement sets out the scope, fees, payment schedule, deliverables, cancellation terms and any refund entitlements for the engagement. Please review it carefully before you accept.

Future digital products, courses and licences

If we introduce online sales in the future, such as courses, software licences or subscriptions, the product page and checkout will show the price, applicable taxes, licence terms and specific cancellation and refund rules before you pay.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
