Acceptable Use Policy

What is and isn't permitted when using our website, accounts and automation services.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses quanthftai.com, creates an account, or uses software, automation or services that Quant HFT AI provides.

You must not

  • Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission. Report suspected vulnerabilities as described in our Trust Center.
  • Interfere with the website’s operation: overloading it, sending automated requests at abusive rates, or uploading malware.
  • Use forms to send spam, harassment or content that is unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use our automation, messaging, voice or social-media services for:
    • unsolicited bulk messages;
    • robocalls without consent;
    • fake engagement, such as fake followers, likes, reviews or comments;
    • scraping personal data without a lawful basis;
    • evading platform rules or consent requirements.
  • Use any software or education we provide to mislead others, for example by presenting simulated results as real performance or promising guaranteed returns.
  • Copy, resell or redistribute our content or software except as permitted by a written agreement.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, suspend or close accounts, block access and, where appropriate, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
