Recruitment Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Quant HFT AI handles personal information when you apply for a role, whether for a listed position or through a general application. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What we collect

The application form asks for:

• your name, email address and country;
• your CV/résumé;
• your confirmation of this notice.

You may also choose to provide your phone number, city, LinkedIn or portfolio links and a cover message. Please do not include sensitive information, such as health information, government identifiers or financial details, unless we specifically ask for it later in the process and explain why.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• assess your application;
• contact you about it;
• arrange interviews;
• keep a record of the recruitment process.

Applications are reviewed by people. We do not use automated systems to make recruitment decisions.

How CVs are protected

• Only PDF and standard Word (.docx) files are accepted. Files are checked for signs of active content and scanned for malware.
• CVs are stored privately on our own server, outside the public website, under randomly generated file names.
• Only staff with a recruitment or administrator role can open applications, and every export is logged.
• CVs are not attached to internal notification emails.

Sharing

We do not share applicant information with advertising platforms or sell it to anyone. It may be processed by our hosting and email providers (see the Privacy Policy) and shared within the team members involved in hiring.

How long we keep it

We keep applications, including CVs, for 12 months from receipt and then delete them, unless:

• you are hired, in which case relevant information becomes part of your employment or contractor records;
• you ask us to delete your application earlier;
• we must keep a record by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your application, or withdraw it at any time, by emailing info@quanthftai.com. Withdrawing your application will not affect any processing that took place before you withdrew it.
