AI & Automated Systems Disclosure

This disclosure explains how Quant HFT AI uses artificial intelligence and automated systems, both on this website and in the services we build.

On this website

• No automated decisions about you. Enquiries and job applications are reviewed by people. We do not use AI or automated systems to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on visitors or candidates.
• Automated protections. Some protections run automatically, without AI: rate limiting, spam filtering, password-strength checks and malware scanning of uploaded files. Their purpose is to keep the service secure.
• AI-assisted content. Some text and graphics on this website were drafted or produced with the help of AI tools and then reviewed by our team. We are responsible for what we publish.
• No chatbot impersonation. If we add an automated assistant to this website, it will be clearly identified as automated, and you will always be able to reach a person.

In the systems we build for clients

When we design AI agents, voice assistants or messaging automation for clients, we apply these principles:

1. Disclosure: people should know when they are interacting with an automated system.
2. Consent: messaging and calls are opt-in and comply with applicable consent and telemarketing rules.
3. Human oversight: consequential decisions, exceptions and complaints can always reach a person.
4. Accuracy and evaluation: systems are tested before launch and monitored afterwards, because AI can make mistakes.
5. Data minimisation: systems use only the data they need, and we document how it flows through third-party services.

Limitations
